Demaio & Sons recently installed a new Rubber roof on our Home. I could not speak more highly of Rocco and his team. they were incredibly communicative; efficient & Punctual. I was walked through the entire process and was given status updates as the project was being conducted. i would highly recommend for your roofing needs.

Rocco did an excellent job fixing my roof! He made sure to clearly outline prior to the work what he was going to and made sure I was aware of what was going on. Rocco showed up right on time and got right to work, and provided after pictures as well which were very helpful. I will absolutely use Rocco in the future and would highly recommend!

Rocco responded to my inquiry in regards to fixing several issues I had with a roof installation from another contractor from a few weeks prior. He was at my house within an hour of contact and took care of so many of my concerns. Rocco was very proactive in pointing out other things around the house that were easy fixes along the way. They are currently working on some painting and other projects I have wanted to get done forever. They appear to be a jack of everything in terms of the contracting world and very competitive/fair in terms of pricing. Would recommend to anyone for small or large projects.

Rocco replaced two roofs as planned and on time,and within the agreed budget. He updates you on timely manner and provides constant communication as the two roofs were done between rainy week when there were dry days. He started early in the morning right on time. I highly recommend this team of professional roofers in the Philadelphia area.
