I waited a couple weeks before writing this review as I wanted to see how the roof handled the rain. Well I no longer have any leaks! Joe and his team was punctual, responaive, and professional. I had a great experience with American Roofing. They kept me informed about when they would be arriving, which I really appreciated. Since I was off-site, they went above and beyond by sending videos and pictures of the work being done, which gave me peace of mind. They also communicated clearly about different options for repairing my roof and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. In addition to the roof work, they took care of cleaning my gutters as well. Overall, their communication, transparency, and professionalism really stood out. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I had a small leak coming from my upstairs ceiling and immediately looked for a roofer to find the problem. Joe was extemely professional and responsive, coming out the same to assess the roof and gave me a free estimate, which was very reasonable. He went the extra mile and patched up every crack in the roof he found, giving me more peace of mind about any more possible leaks. If I were to ever have these issues again, Made in America Roofing would be the first place I'd call.
