Introduction: I began in the "Healing Arts" in 90' and since then I've come to understand that alternative healing and food were an essential role in our today's society of health. One must heal Mind / Body and Spirit in order to properly heal. I stand out because i began learning to cook at a very early age (the oldest of 5) from my mother a chef and simultaneously I began studying meditation and healing the body through energy medicine such as Reiki Brings me joy to assist someone in healing and watching them become empowered. I also am very blessed to have my own private practice which allows me to no be a clock watcher and take time with each client.

I've known Shannon for 20 yrs now and it would be impossible to share in the plethora of ways for which she has helped me and continues to do so. I could write a book on the value that Shannon plays in our society. Starting from a superficial point of view, for someone on the doorsteps of 50, you would think she was in her 30s. Once you start talking to her, it becomes very clear she is vast in knowledge. If you are looking to assist your life with nutrition, look no further, this modern day food pharmacist has a wealth of knowledge that stems from her mother who is a chef. Shannon was talking about Probiotics, GMOs, 90 nutrients, Structured Water, depleted soil back in the late 90s. She seems to always be a few steps ahead of main stream society. How about energy work? Her Reiki Sessions will leave you desiring more from the vibrations of peace and love. I even tried her Regression Therapy and wow I was able to reconnect with a deeper aspect of my past which is something you just can't explain but to have your own direct experience. I honestly can not say enough about her except I'm honored and blessed to know I have her to assist me when needing so.

Shannon Winter is an excellent practitioner, teacher and healer. I've done both hypnotherapy and past life regression sessions and they were so valuable to me and my healing path. I've also received nutritional counseling and educations in both a group and private setting. One of the most helpful and educational experiences was going shopping with Shannon at a health food store to learn to read labels and ingredients and how labels can be misleading. Shannon is both experienced and very professional and I can wholeheartedly recommend Shannon and her services.

I met Shannon yesterday to provide Reiki healing. This was my first experience. I am having emotional difficulties and need internal peace. Let me say that Shannon truly has a warm loving heart and gentleness. The healing and Chakra meditation left me feeling more peaceful in my spirit... After the meditation Shannon talked with me and gave me several suggestions to help me through my difficulties. As a RN Im all too familiar with Western medicine. I needed a more holistic approach.. Shannon definitely provides that. Her price was very reasonable as well. If your seeking a genuine person to provide holistic care I would not hesitate to recommend her. I will definitely be seeing her again in the near future!
