I had an excellent experience working with James to help book us international travel for the upcoming winter break. He was able to quickly figure out in the introductory call what our needs and constraints for the travel were and then worked with us very patiently through the process as we needed tweaks or changes due to price change or schedule changes. He went over and beyond in suggesting optimizations, options, being mindful of budget and being transparent every step of the way. He really took it upon himself to plan the smallest to the biggest laps and getting us every kind of support needed on our trip. His work ethic is truly amazing. I would strongly recommend James for all your travel needs and I will definitely work with him for all my future trip planning as well.

I was in a bind and need a quick turnaround for Las Vegas and James delivered. Very friendly and fast service. It's not easy to find a travel agent who will drop everything for you but James did for me. I would definitely recommend Giularos. 5 Stars.

I’ll start by saying I know I can be a super customer aka very particular & analytical. Needy-ish…basically a handful and I was elated with my experience using Giularos. From my first phone conversation with Giuliana and getting a feel for her vibe and energy I knew on the spot I wanted to work with her (and team) and I was not disappointed. Not only was I able to get more for my budget then I would alone (because I was really trying to not hire someone) but it as EFFORTLESS & STRESS FREE for me which was priceless. James who handles post package & payment is great. Super attentive and patient. Extremely understanding of my wants, needs and expectation. They really do take pride in their work and it shows transparently in their service to their customers. I’m secretly trying to think of more travels plans just to be able to use their services again! For a first timer, it was 100000% worth hiring to help plan our first family trip to Thailand & I couldn’t be more appreciative of the help we received.

We needed to make some complicated arrangements for before and after an overseas cruise. We’ve never used a travel agent before, but had tried contacting a few other agents who either didn’t get back to us or could only book parts of our trip and not a whole package. When we first found Guilaros on Thumbtack, I was a little nervous working over the internet. However, James responded immediately and talked to us several times on the phone, something no others had offered to do. He proved very knowledgeable and offered us several options for our travel, patiently answering questions and trying to get us the best deals possible. He even managed to save us an additional $250 on the final price we had agreed to! We were very satisfied and would use them again.
