James was just incredible. He listened to my list of wants and gave me 5 different options. I couldn't be happier. He covered everything from picking us up at our home, the flights, hotels, in 2 different states, tours, shows. Everything. I passed him off to my wife, and she was very happy. This is the first time we have ever used a travel agent, and we must have saved hundreds of dollars over what we would have spent trying to book on our own. We needed to make some complicated arrangements for before and after an overseas cruise. We’ve never used a travel agent before, but had tried contacting a few other agents who either didn’t get back to us or could only book parts of our trip and not a whole package. When we first found Guilaros on Thumbtack, I was a little nervous working over the internet. However, James responded immediately and talked to us several times on the phone, something no others had offered to do. He proved very knowledgeable and offered us several options for our travel, patiently answering questions and trying to get us the best deals possible. He even managed to save us an additional $250 on the final price we had agreed to! We were very satisfied and would use them again.
