GEP responded promptly and was professional from our first meeting up until the job was done which I really appreciated. My basement flooded late at night but they still were able to come out and fix the plumbing and extract the water. They removed all debris and did not leave my house a mess.

Working with GEP was so easy. We scheduled a walkthrough of the work I wanted completed and agreed upon pricing. It wasn’t the cheapest but the price made sense.
The team arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving everyday. Everyone was pleasant and respectful but most importantly I love the final product!
I am planning an extensive renovation of my first floor next year and will be using Global Elite Pro.

I used Global Elite Pro for my hot water tank that flooded basement while I was on vacation. They walked me through the process and settled my anxiety. When they were done my basement looked better than it did before the flood. I recommend them without a second thought!
