As millennials who have spearheaded the planning of multiple successful events and weddings (including our own), we realized our passion in creating timeless memories for those around us. Blush Bouquet served as full-service wedding planners for my wedding. From the beginning, they were extremely responsive and goal-oriented. Both Bari and Jessie come from strong backgrounds of negotiations, execution, review of legal documents, and design, and it truly showed in their work as wedding planners. They were able to foresee issues before they arose and guided me through the entire process. They were there for vendor meetings and walk throughs, also guiding me through some of the tougher face-to-face discussions. During the day of the wedding, everything proceeded seamlessly. They monitored set-up (getting their hands dirty as needed), the schedule, and clean-up. We were told multiple times by our guests that our wedding was their favorite that they had ever been to. I cannot thank Blush Bouquet enough for their help in planning the most perfect day of my life.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Bari. From day 1, Bari was attentive, professional, personal and reassuring. She kept us on track, calmed our stresses and was always thinking two steps ahead. She thought of all the little things we would have forgotten and gave us her insight to make better decisions. She was so personable, it felt like we had known each other for years. We truly could not have gotten to our wedding day or through it without her. Bari’s insight was incredibly helpful. She made herself available frequently for questions and her professional opinion. She was able to work fluently with our vendors and the venue to keep us on the right timeline. Her attention to detail was amazing and it showed through and through on our wedding day. A few special touches that truly made our day unforgettable. Bari, incorporated our special Fozzy bear into the festivities, making sure he had his bow tie and party animal cage. (He’s traveled all over the world with us, so he had to be at the wedding!) After the ceremony, my wife was feeling just drained. So Bari followed her around with water and snacks in her own pockets just in case! She also secured trays of snacks and drinks while we were taking family pictures during happy hour. These are only a few details of the many big and small things Bari did for our wedding. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding. You will not find another person as dedicated to creating the perfect wedding day celebration as her. Bonus points - she is an avid Flyers fan and may have more Flyers knowledge than Bobby Clarke!

I hired this dreamteam to be wedding planners for my beach wedding and despite my claim to not be a bridezilla I was a changezilla. I changed everything but the color of my dress for the ceremony. Despite the changes both small and large these ladies helped me plan my wedding and made my day absolutely perfect with their poise and grace. They exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout our three month journey. They displayed care and a can do attitude even until the second they walked out the door of my house my third chosen venue. But whose counting. They even served guest which based on the contract I had was not in their job description. Now due the privacy of my new husband pictures of what they can do will not be displayed. I can add they even helped me stay within budget, which included not hiring a professional photographer. These girls were Jill's of all trades. But believe this if you've never believed before the challenges of planning your wedding will be made five times easier if you hired these two. Much love and respect to you both. And an extra shout out to the recommended make-up artist. You were great too. In closing, these two are a must hire.

Blush bouquet is the amazing. I hired them as I got a stressful new job while undergoing medical treatments a Few months before my pandemic wedding. My wedding / rehearsal dinner wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without them. Bari always responded quickly with my questions or concerns with the best advice. She kept me calm when EVERY place we tried to book for a rehearsal dinner kept cancelling b/c of covid. Helped make the small details of my wedding super special. Even more amazing she wouldn’t let me go over budget. They are in it for the right reasons and honestly want to help make your day super special without the headaches. Seriously hire them, they are wonderful.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is unique for each customer. We want to understand our customers fully and build a tailored experience and day for them - we often start by simply becoming friends with our customers. We want them to feel comfortable communicating any worries and preferences to us because this process is about them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bari has a strong Philadelphia network and grew up surrounded by events and event design. After Bari graduated from college, she moved back to Philadelphia and spent many years hosting large corporate gatherings (particularly in the beauty industry) and large 250+ people events for a local non-profit. Bari is a make-up artist and has significant experience in budgeting and event design. Jessie grew up in Arizona and joined the Philadelphia community for college. After graduation, Jessie spent a few years in New York in the finance community, but found her passion organizing corporate closing events in locations such as Nobu Malibu and Pebble Beach, among others. Jessie also has significant experience in review legal documents and contract negotiation. In her spare time, Jessie is an amateur photographer and has participated pro-bono in many non-profit events. Both Bari and Jessie are proud cat moms.
