Had fan and light assembly plus a kitchen ceiling light fixtures installed. This included solving and resolving needed power wiring to fan assembly. Ronnel was very professional. Stayed until job completed. We are having him return for additional information work. Thanks.

Ronell was excellent. He was the first man out on the job, assessed the situation within a few minutes and was able to provide a fair price. He reinstalled my entire electrical service and rewired the kitchen and bathroom. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Made the entire experience worth while, as other contractors who came later, quoted ridiculous prices. I'd definitely hire Ronell again in a heartbeat based on the work he did at my home.

I can say we were extremely lucky to have Ronell from strick Pro LLC to do our recessed lighting for our living room! And it looks perfect! he knows what he's doing very professional and chooses his tools carefully great taste! Ronnell recently installed 6 ceiling fans with lights in my house. He was very professional throughout and did a very thorough job. He is very knowledgeable and has a very courteous and professional attitude. He took careful attention in his work, making sure the fans and the lights were fitted properly. Will definitely hire him again and recommend him enthusiastically.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a true cost guide to show customers the average nationwide cost for work needing performed. I then break it down to the average cost to have the requested work performed in the area, then go from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quickly respond to customer referrals with a phone call to introduce myself and Strick Pro LLC. Then, I find out exaclty what services the customer needs and when they want it completed. I then proceed to schedule an appointment with the customer for an estimate or time to complete the services requested, depending on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school at Fayette Institute of Commerce and Technology. I completed the residential wiring program.
