Andrew and Co. was a pleasure to work with on our building project. Very professional and responsive to our concerns. Most “can do” attitude of any contractor we interviewed. Always on time and kept us updated regarding material deliveries and potential schedule delays. Andrew also offers a very good warranty on his work. The design phase of the “Design and Build” method worked very well to establish our goals and align to our cost expectations. Andrew’s help with the design phase style and material choices lead us to exceed our initial expectations for quality and appearance. The construction phase was executed in a timely manner and the quality was high. We did not have any issues or complaints. Small changes we wanted made during the construction phase were implemented without issue and with no or modest additional cost. I do not think you could ask for more from a building contractor. Highly recommended.

Andrew and his crew were very professional and punctual. They remodeled our kitchen and living room and built an addition. We are very happy with the quality of work and we would definitely suggest them to anyone who is looking to build/remodel their homes.

We had a project that has been waiting for years to get started because "it was waiting" for the right contractor for us. Andrew is an outstanding contractor, very disciplined and delightful person to work with : First, he would listen carefully to you and register in his mind all your requests in a very smart way. He would send you updates of the project's milestones, meetings etc ... step by step. He never missed any appointment or scheduled time/day - His truck and his employees or subcontractors would be standing by your house very early morning before schools start and they would leave once they're done with the carefully planned steps of the project for each specific day. We never saw Andrew and his team chatting, hooked to their phones or swinging around - each time they came to work whatever was planned for that day, it was achieved in a very professional and clean way. His employees are so polite, respectful and kept working in a very pleasant and structured way - the jobs were never done randomly or in a chaotic and messy way because Andrew was always working hand in hand with his employees to guide, teach and give them instructions. He controlled each step done either by his employees or subcontractors to make sure that the jobs were done correctly - if something wasn't done as it should be, they would fix it or redo it. Furthermore, Andrew would walk you through each step before and after the planned steps of the project and then he would ask you for your feedback once the most relevant steps are achieved. We had all kind of contractors and Andrew is by far the best contractor we ever had. People from our town were coming day after day to watch the development of our project and were quite impressed by the innovative teamwork that Andrew orchestrated in a very professional and delightful manner. Andrew is a perfectionist engineer and quite innovative and smart listener that reads between the lines what is in your mind. He made everyone in our town curious about each step of our project and whoever did pass by our propriety, was complimenting on the outstanding and creative job done by Andrew and all his team members (employees and subcontractors). We are very grateful to Andrew and all his team members (employees and subcontractors). Thank you all for the Great Job 👍🏻.

Andrew & Co Design + Build met all of our expectations and more! We're thrilled with our beautiful, custom, kitchen/dining room addition and new covered patio. Andrew's understanding of the scope of the build, and close attention to our particular vision, was evident from our 1st meeting. Andrew & Co came through for us in every aspect; from turning around a prompt, concise and unambiguous estimate, to handling all permits and architectual drawings, to sourcing top quality materials (despite ongoing nationwide supply chain issues), and meeting their projected deadlines. They never disappointed us.

It was an absolute pleasure having Andrew and his amazing crew do all the renovations on our home. It can be such a scary process but he helped with every inch of the reno. I gave him some ideas of what we wanted and he delivered even better than expected! Anytime we had something go wrong, he came right away, no hesitations, weekends, whatever needed attention he was on it! Anything future reno will 100% go to him! We could not have gotten any luckier!
