- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable. If I arrive to a project and it turns out to be a lot easier than expected I will offer a discount. Sometimes an initial estimate may be high, if you're unhappy with my quote make sure to send me a message and we can work it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information as possible before arriving to a customer's home. The more info I get the more accurately I can predict the cost and the better prepared we can both be for the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a family Plaster Craftsman business from the age I was tall enough to reach the ceiling. I have on-site experience as well as manufacturing experience from a very young age. I was trained from day one to protect the customer's property and to make right any accidental mishaps that may occur
