FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the value of personalized, in-home training that’s tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I offer package options that provide savings over single sessions, as well as occasional seasonal promotions. All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, so clients know exactly what they’re investing in from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial consultation to learn about the client’s goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any limitations or past injuries. From there, I conduct a fitness assessment to establish a baseline and design a customized training program tailored to their needs. We then schedule regular sessions, track progress, and adjust the plan as needed to keep them moving toward their goals. I also provide ongoing education and support to help clients develop healthy, sustainable habits outside of our sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Clarion University and am a certified personal trainer through ISSA, with additional certifications in AED and CPR. I require all trainers on my team to maintain these same high standards to ensure the highest level of safety, professionalism, and effectiveness in our client sessions.
