- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Deposit required for decluttering/space organizing/junk removal clients. -Rates are hourly with one hour minimum charge for all services. -Prices do not include tax. -If paying with a credit or debit card, processing fee is charged. -No processing fee for cash payments. -Savings for those that book packages. -Payment plans available, with payment submitted before scheduled session. -No refunds. -All partnerships must be completed within three months of initial commitment. -Late cancellation fee charged if session is cancelled within 24 hours of service. -Item/Junk Removal service can be booked as an independent service or as an add on to decluttering/space organizing service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Space Organizing/ Decluttering: In person service within Greater Pittsburgh area. -Initial communication either via email or phone to ensure my process aligns with what you are looking for. Aka- are we a good fit? -I work with clients to help them: -Identify those items that make them happy. -Sort items for keep, donation and discard. -Once items are sorted, I then help with strategizing and/or implementing how to store and organize. -Item removal can be arranged based on client need. -Guidance/homework provided regarding tasks for client completion between our sessions. How in person time together is determined: -My assessment of the space. -Client desire and budget to work one on one. -Individual work completed by client between sessions. Coaching: Remote service. -Clarity around client goal for each session, and ensuring clarity around what the coaching process entails. -Determination of coaching frequency based on client need. -Discussion of support options to move forward. Item/Junk Removal: In person service. -Initial contact with client to understand project needs and desired dates and times for scheduling. -Booking is confirmed once deposit is received. -Full service item removal. -‘Coordinated through Royalty Trucking and Moving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my personal and professional life, I have supported friends, family and colleagues in their transformation, both within their physical and mental spaces. I studied as a consultant in training with Marie Kondo to learn facilitation of her KonMari organizing process. Coaching education obtained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I am a certified ELI-MP and am a life long learner pursuing additional certifications.
