We sincerely regret that you were unsatisfied with your service. The original pricing provided was based on labor help only, reflecting the details entered during booking through Thumbtack. Unfortunately, there was no indication that a truck was required, which led to unexpected adjustments upon arrival. To ensure your move was completed, we quickly adapted and made the necessary arrangements. However, the pricing had to be revised to include the truck and mileage, which we explained before proceeding. Since the booking error affected the initial cost, we are unable to waive the truck and mileage fee. We truly apologize for any misunderstanding regarding pricing and always strive to be as transparent as possible. If you have any further concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them.
