Introduction: I am an animal lover who is looking to expand my business. I am able to do pet sitting and dog walking. I can always travel to my clients' homes and help them feel secure when they are away from their animals with the tender, love and care that I can provide your pet when you are not able to.
I am also a firm believer that animals are like people too. I enjoy what I do and love helping people as well as enjoying myself while doing it. I have personal references that I can give to anyone who is interested to know that your pet will be in good hands.

I hired Erin to watch my 2 dogs and cat a few months prior to my March vacation. Unfortunately, during that time my senior dog got sick. Erin and I communicated the whole time as I got diagnosis. Erin was prepared and experienced with caring for a diabetic dog. This made me feel comfortable hiring her. Sadly my senior dog got very sick and I had to euthanize her. During that time, prior to my vacation I cannot begin to explain how understanding and gracious Erin was. I went on vacation and Erin made it so easy. She put me at ease with updates daily and was very communicative. I will hire her again because I feel comfortable that I have hired a trustworthy pet loving person.

Erin was great when we first met with her. She is clearly passionate about animal care, and took the time to research about our pets prior to meeting with us. We have three macaws and four cats, and need someone that can be at our house for most of the day to provide multiple meals and interaction for our animals. During her visit to our home, she was obviously engaged taking time to get to know everyone and the care they would need. They responded well to her, leaving us feeling confident that we had finally found someone wonderful to care for our pets.
One week before our first trip, we were informed that something had come up and while changes would be occurring, regardless of outside change, nothing would interfere with her work with clients. We were assured this time and time again -- as long as she continued to correspond with us, anyway. We also continued to wait for a (many times) promised contract and references. Numerous attempts were made that week for her to come over at least once more to walk through and get accustom where things were in the house. No plans could be made, and emails slowed. By the week of our first trip, emails now went unanswered and we were forced to cancel a trip at the last minute, losing $400. With our second trip coming up later this week, and it being too late to arrange for such a knowledgable and reputable sitter, we have been forced to cancel that trip as well, losing an additional $1200.
While I understand that unexpected situations come up, I was very disappointed with the amount of communication we received. Had we been told that she was no longer going to be able to work for us, we could have moved on and hopefully found a replacement. Instead, we were left in the dark, very upset, and lost a lot of money due to lack of communication -- or, quite frankly, being ignored -- and poor business management.

Erin watched my cat for me during a week long vacation. She came to the house daily and took care of our cat, played with her, fed her/etc, and brought in our mail. She was very thoughtful, friendly, and trustworthy. She clearly loves animals. Our cat was much happier this time when we came home from our trip! Would definitely recommend her.

Erin was quick to respond, she came to my house to meet me and the dogs. She was very affectionate with the dogs. I went out of town for a few days and Erin came to take care of the dogs multiple times a day. She texted me updates throughout the time. She was responsive, punctual, and thorough. I will be using her again!
