- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have many options that patients choose to pay for service; health insurance (we are in network with almost all major carriers), workman's comp, attorney liens, as well as a time-of-service discount given to cash paying patients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every patient is unique and treated as such, a thorough evaluation, as well as x-rays, are performed if clinically indicated. This is to determine the precise cause and location of the patient's problem, and if treatment can be safely performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The University of Pittsburgh and Palmer College of Chiropractic Alumni. Post-doc qualifications through the University of Cleveland Chiropractic and SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine in MRI interpretation, spinal trauma pathology, spinal biomechanics, and Primary Spine care to name a few.
