My family was looking for a quality roofer after a disastrous roof replacement we had 10 years ago. They replaced the roof but did a very poor job and birds got inside the house through the chimney as they did not replaced the metals properly, we used to struggle so much getting the birds out of the house and always afraid that they would damage the property. After judiciously searching for a good roofing company and getting more than 12 estimates we found Pittsabana. Ivan, one of the owners, and his team took good care of us, they gave us the best estimate with the best guarantee and helped us get financing. Its been about a year since they replaced the roof and all of our problems are gone. We are very pleased with the excellent service, the quality and the price they offer; Im always concerned about my finances and I am very picky about quality. Pittsabana gave us the best price with a high quality job. I highly recommend them!

After I had requested a quote to replace my roof on Yelp, Pittsabana responded right away. Maria and Ivan were over my house within hours looking at my roof with their drone (bringing cool technology into it!) I had a quote that night, and after a few days of collecting quotes and considering the options, we hired Pittsabana. I'm very glad we did! The very next day they were over my house and we were going over different options for the shingles, and then we signed the contract, and four days later they were scheduled to replace the roof. All the problems I had pointed out to them prior to looking at the roof were addressed, some of the issues I thought would warrant an extra charge but it all came in at the original estimate amount! Not only that, but we got a discount because my wife is a nurse (doing the right thing for our healthcare workers during this COVID crisis!). I actually first gave them a check for too high of an amount and they corrected me and told me the lower amount - how often would a contractor do that?? They were very professional from start to finish.And by the way - the new roof looks GREAT! I got to see pictures of it with their drone. Check out the before and after photo!

From the estimate to the finished roof, this company is evrything you could ask for in a contractor. I requested an estimate on yelp, received a call about an hit later and Maria and Ivan were at my house the next day to do the estimate. They used a drone to take measurements and i had a cost figure before they left my driveway!!! I accepted there estimate a week later, and they beat the other estimates I received by 1,000 dollars! They were at my house with the contract the next day which was a Friday and started the roof 3 days later on Monday. They worked 12houra and finished the roof in one day. Ivan and his crew were very professional, respectful and worked hard! The cleanup job they did in my yard and my neighbors yard was absolutely perfect. We are so happy we chose Pittsabana for our new roof and I would recommend them to everyone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS, I will be reporting them.I called a couple of days ago to get a quote on getting the antenna removed on the roof, they said they will show up between 4p-7p. I asked if its okay for someone to show up between 6p-7p and and someone will be home. The answer was yes I will tell them. Then around 11:30am they called and said they were going over.The quote they gave me for taking down the antenna, disposing it was $200 cash and $250 other payments. Since no one was home to pay them cash I asked if we can reschedule, the lady on the phone told me yes we can come back this weekendThen I called this morning to schedule for them to come out, then I was told that offer was for that moment, since we have to come out again it will be $400 cashThis is the MOST RIDICULOUS company EVER.Google management: please contact me for any questions or concerns, please do not remove my review, this company is not truthful.

We had an emergency roof leaking situation. We reached out to over half a dozen contractors about getting the leak fixed, several didnt respond, and the others tried to force me replacing the whole roof without ever coming out to have a look.Ivan came out and gave got pictures of the roof to show me the damage and talk me through options before suggesting me towards the route our pictures clearly showed was needed which was a full roof replacement.Their quote was great and they were amazingly understanding with us having to wait for an insurance check and did everything they could to make sure we got our roof done as soon as possible. Thanks to their reasonable quote, we were even able to add on new gutters for our entire house which fixed some other rain issues we were having.I have neighbors who told me horror stories of how long it took people to get their roof done, and how much of a mess was left behind. Pittsabana removed our old roof, and almost all of the wooden boards underneath our shingles with only a few board not having rooted out, and gave us a near 100% new roof in a single day.I didn't see any debris left behind but still they came back the next morning with daylight to scour the yard and make sure there wasnt a thing left behind. Later that week they came back and removed and redid the gutters with gutterguards and downspouts and did so with the same efficiency and speed as before.Though Ivan didnt speak English he used google translate to communicate and even without that it was obviously to tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade and more professional than many other contractors I have dealt with before. Beyond that he was so incredibly nice and helpful. Anyone running a contracting business should take note and strive for the level of positivity, kindness, and professionalism that this company delivers with every interaction.I cannot stress enough how great this experience was, from start to end. I really wish they did more than just roofing so i could hire them again. Though with the quality of work they did, I don't i will need to call them back for anything, though if i do, their warranty has me covvered on that end too.
