We were looking to do a few exterior upgrades for our home including a new front door, siding, soffit, and gutters. The first thing they did was a thorough inspection of the exterior of our home from the top down, and found that we significant damage to our roof, including a huge hole in it (see pictures)! They patched it immediately to prevent us from having any more damage and then did a fantastic job with the repairs shortly after. This saved us from having to deal with thousands of dollars in water damage to our home, especially given how severe the recent storms have been.They also helped us through the process of picking out new siding, soffit, and designing a new front door and made it all very easy. They gave us an accurate estimate and timeline for those installations, and were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Not only is our home now looking great, but we noticed a huge improvement in the insulation (both in terms of improved heating/cooling efficiency as well as noise reduction). The value for their high quality work is honestly outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have similar repairs for their home! Thank you Replenish Home Group!!"See more

The work was bad, they took absolutely forever and it was horrible what was to show for it. However, I am giving this company 5 stars, and YES I absolutely would recommend them because they took care of it. Not every company will stand behind their work, and it says a lot when they do. The crew who first worked on my house is no longer employed at Forrest Knoll, so you should never go through what I did. The second time the work was done (when it was made it right) the crews were amazing. They were fast, professional, and their work was thorough.Get to know Greg. He is the project manager for company. He gave me his card in the beginning and said to call if I needed him. This guy will take care of the customer. He is true to his word, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. Greg deserves 15 stars.I am giving a shout out to Alex, also. His crew worked on my roof the second time. Alex and his team are absolutely great. They are professional, fast, and awesome at what they do. You are in good hands if you go with these guys."See more

I asked for an estimate on siding repair due to wind damage and I was surprised to get it the same day. Another contractor I talked to was booked six weeks out. I was even more surprised when they were able to complete the work same day! They were very polite as well.

We contracted Scottdale Contracting to install vinyl siding on one of our rental units. We had 3 contractors bid the job. Chad from Scottdale was by far the most professional and thorough so I expected his price to be higher than the others. It was not. Chad's bid was surprisingly lower than the others and he was able to begin the job based on my schedule. Chad and his team worked in both good and bad weather so that the project was completed on time. The work quality is great as well and definitely exceeded my expectations. We will absolutely be using Scottdale Contracting again. Do yourself a favor and call them.
