Jared was excellent! I contacted a structural engineer because I noticed some cracks in the walls of my vestibule and hallway. Jared looked at the cracks and explained what was happening. I was so relieved! He arrived on time and was very personable and professional! He’s very easy to talk to and explains everything so that you have a clear understanding of what is happening. I highly recommend working with him!

I highly recommend hiring Jared if you are in need of a structural engineer. As background, we are first-time home owners who jumped into the deep end by buying a rather large 90+ year-old house. We had a very rough first year of home ownership filled with expensive, unexpected repairs. We truly thought we may have purchased a money pit. I was losing sleep over wondering if something was wrong with the structural integrity or foundation of our house. I finally reached out to Jared to get a professional opinion, and it was the best money I’ve spent. Jared replied in a few minutes, scheduled our appointment for the next business day, and arrived right on time.
