Jason is a wealth of knowledge and information and has been of great value in my strength training. Jason knows what he's doing. He's very articulate, intuitive, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but very capable in regards to keeping things simple and easy to understand and I appreciate that.
I've lifted with friends before, and while I enjoyed their company, there was also no underlying motivation, so a lot of workouts seemed to be stagnant or stale. With Jason, quite the opposite. We could talk about anything we wanted, but when it came down to getting the set done and with proper intensity and form, he knew how to stay on track and to keep you pushing, even if that last rep was torture.
Those looking to hire somebody who wont bs you and who will keep you accountable, he's the one.
