I do have set pricing, but it depends on the amount of time and the number of guests I'll be entertaining/lecturing for.

Very flexible! I know that everyone's entertainment needs are different and are often very situational. One of the most important aspects of my job is being able to 'roll with the punches' and adapt to the environment and audience.
