My experience working with Dough has been a good one. Traveling in a group with kids, one of my main concerns is safety; Dough was very detail, informative, the first option he presented work for us; will consider him in future travels.

I am a first time traveler planning a big trip but thankfully Doug made everything very easy and stress free! He was able to explain everything thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable about the many different destinations and possibilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking into traveling but not wanting to deal with the stress of it all! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

This was my first experience with a travel agent and with thumbtack. Doug put me at ease right away and had several long conversations with me via phone and email to make sure he understood what we wanted for our honeymoon. Doug offered many suggestions of which he had personal experience. He was very knowledgeable about travel experience in general and had lots of tips and do's and don't's. I gave him a budget and he came in well under that for our honeymoon. It is my dream vacation. We are so excited to go to this all inclusive resort in April. Doug is very personal and takes lots of time with you. He is very patient with changes needed and gets the best possible room and rate in your budget. He will give very timely responses at all times of day and night. He works with what is best for you and charges no fees. I would recommend him to my close family and friends. I will definitely use him again.

I was skeptical at first as I had never utilized Thumbtack. What can I say about Doug that could fully explain to anyone the depths he went through to alleviate my fears. To make a very long story short, I was asking for information for my niece and her future husband who will be deployed soon after their honeymoon. If I emailed Doug, he replied immediately. When we set a time for a call, he was there. He always kept me informed as to whether or not he would be in his office. Doug took the time to explain the different resorts he had frequented, which were many, so that I, and she, could make an educated decision as to which would be the best option for their honeymoon. Doug searched and got them a phenomenal deal at Secrets Aura in Cozumel during Easter week no less. He went into detail about what they should bring: besides the necessary items i.e. Passport, he suggested bringing a copy of their marriage license (so they could fully enjoy all the honeymoon amenities). He got in touch with the hotel to insure they were aware that it would be their honeymoon and put in a request for an upgraded room. Although they will certainly be happy with the "swimout" room they now have. There is no question in my mind that Doug is my new travel agent. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Doug.
