Rebuttal: Upon hearing of the client's negative experience, I immediately e-mailed both the resort general manager, and AM Resorts local sales rep. I was then sent a resort map showing where the construction area was, and where they were "upgraded" to. They were upgraded to a "preferred club oceanview suite" with a set of buildings & courtyard between them and recently started construction. The resort manager has offered them a choice of 3 free nights on a future stay, or refund of 2 of their 7 nights stay. Clients have not responded. Resort is rated either 5-star by most travel suppliers and "golden 6 apple" by Apple Vacations (their highest rating). I have had three other couples stay at this same resort during 2015. All have stayed for more than a week. All have had nothing but positive feedback & loved the resort. The review below from Mark P (below) is also ffrom a client who spent 10 nights at this same resort. ENOUGH SAID !!!
