- What types of customers have you worked with?
Pre purchase and pre sell inspections with a well written report which has digital pictures in the report with identification arrows. This helps my customers understand the defects or safety concerns I have found during my inspection. I also allow customers folllow me around during my inspection process and verbaly discuss issues found around the home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always verify that are certified with nationaly recognized associatiation like InterNACHI.org and too make sure that the inspector has E&O insurance and General liability insurance. It's ok too ask for this information.
