- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a std fee if $30/ hour fee, I pass all vendor discounts to my clients. If you are outside my 20 mile radius ( scranton) I do charge an additional $10 per day for travel expenses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take many ceu classes to find out what is hot and new, I also keep track of trends in the many design resources online.
