- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have pricing by the square foot for most types of jobs but for an accurate bid I would need to see the job an talk with someone about specifics .

Set up time and date to go over project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building and or remodeling homes for over 25 years. I spent half of that time on KIAWAH ISLAND,SC working on elite homes.
