There was a minor leak in the roof which I suspected was from a skylight. Maxwell not only quickly responded with a quote but also in doing the repair. He replaced the skylight and it was obvious that he did that type of work many times. Frank and Robin were very friendly and accommodating. Time will tell if the leak is repaired, but I would again hire and recommend Maxwell Remodeling
Dave arrived on time and went above and beyond with the bathroom faucet replacement project. I would used him again.
Highly recommend this company! We had a previous window company that never finished the capping of a window. We called a few other companies to help us finish off the capping but no other company would take us on without selling us a whole new window. When we called Vynex we spoke to Anna who helped us without trying to sell us anything more than we needed. Frank came out to our house and quickly capped the window with no fuss or issue. It was such a relief to deal with an honest company and people who saw our situation and were willing to help us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They gave some desperate homeowners true piece of mind and never tried to take advantage of our situation like so many others had.
Jason was able to fix a short in my electrical system in the 2nd story of my house. He was friendly and charged a fair rate. Hiring him to fix my problem saved me money from having to pay a large company a much higher rate to essentially do the same thing. When I do other repairs to my house, I will likely be calling him again
Our experience with Leo Wolve was excellent. Leo himself and his crew did a wonderful job on my new porch and roof. His work was done with professionalism and the quality of work was great. He wanted to make sure that we were happy through the whole project, and kept us informed each step of the way. I would recommend him for any and all home repairs.
Tom recently installed glass wall tiles under my kitchen cabinets. He took great care and made extensive preparations to make sure the tiles lined up properly around the windows and electrical plugs. The job took a little longer than he anticipated due to the complicated nature of the small tiles with pattern that I chose but the results were worth it. I appreciated how he cleaned up after finishing work each day. I would definitely recommend Tom based on this experience with his work.
RV was very professional. He quoted the price upfront and explained the work that would be covered. RV was efficient and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I am already planning on hiring him to complete additional work for me. I would highly recommend him for any home repair jobs.
Ed Helms did some exterior repair work on my side porch and also took the time to do a couple of smaller tasks that I requested. Very nice to work with and very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I plan to hire him again!
The only person I trust to work with my family for any home improvement! If he hadn't helped us last winter I don't think we would have made it. He can do any repairs and he will work with you. He replaced all my water lines, installed new floating flooring, changed out an old electric box for a new one, all new furnace, all new roof. He can tackle the most simple of electrical work to the most advanced house repairs, with ease and is super efficient with time!
I had toilet valve that decided to stop working all of a sudden. And since I only have one bathroom this was a problem that needed to be addressed asap. Bill came the next day (a Sunday!) and promptly replaced the value. In addition while he was here I asked if he could install my window a/c unit. No problem. He carried it up from my basement storage area which is up 3 flights of stairs and remained cheerful the entire time. Bill Dunham is a gem. I will definitely hire him again!!
Joe and his assistant replaced 3 window panels, they were approx. 2x3 feet. They did a good professional job. Joe is an honest guy.
The team took great care of removing stained glass windows. I had a Disney Castle one and it meant a lot. It was a huge triangle window and the team was carefull and wrapped it up. Also, I had many other stained glass windows to be removed for a move. They cleaned up any debree that fell down too. I was very lucky to find the team!
I purchased the paint for the eight 2nd floor windows (and two attic dormers which haven't been done yet) - Sherwin Williams: Resilience (a special acrylic which cures in 2 hours in temps as low as 35 degrees). It was cold - not sure it hit the predicted high of 45, but Mr. Bell and his son Mr. Bell were able to scrape and paint 8 windows in the narrow time frame when the surface was warm enough and allowing time to cure before temps fell below 35 and dew point was reached. What a difference! I knew the inside of the house was pretty, but not until those windows were painted did I realize the outside is too. Big test of Resilience - figured no time for priming nor second coat - next year plan to replace many of the window frames - just hoping to preserve the house and improve appearance. Mr. Bell plans to return Monday (snowed Thursday and still too cold and wet Friday) to fix the roof. He hadn't realized just how steep it is, so needs something he can lie on, that has traction but will enable him to slide.
Adam had to come out twice; he was a few minutes early the first time (and waited for me to get home from work) and was precisely on time the second time he came out. I can't recall the last time that'she happened. He's personable, professional, and did a heck of a job for us. I don't know how to do many home repairs and my wife insisted I "find a guy" after moving here. Adam's our guy.
We hired Tri-Capital to complete multiple projects for us on our new home. They replaced the roof on deck, replaced the fascia on house, installed a drop ceiling in basement, and also converted a storage room into a half bath within the basement. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, communication, and timeliness that Tri-Capital showed. They completed all work ahead of schedule and stayed within budget. I would highly recommend them for any work that you may need done on your home. Thanks again to the Tri-Capital Crew. Go Cowboys!!
Chad did a great job refinishing our wood floor, installing the trim, replacing our sliding glass door and garage entrance door. He was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and helped us with good suggestions and ideas.
In a word...our description of Mark Rogozinski's work is...FANTASTIC! He is worth every penny and MORE. He tackled a concrete job that other professionals had either passed on or provided exhorbitantly priced "solutions" for with absolutely no follow-up. His work ethic is beyond description. He finished our job in a timely manner in the midst of suffering with broken ribs. You cannot go wrong with this professional...he is the real deal and we sincerely hope he is available the next time we need him...L. Bookwalter
Prospective Clients: I met Bill through Thumbtack and he was the most willing and reasonably priced contractor I have ever worked with. Bill and his son Zach were: (1) On time, early actually (2) Efficient -- we chatted about a range of subjects while they did their work (3) Did not try to overcharge me for the work that they did -- $50 (Bill's typical fee is $50/hr) to replace a shower door with a rod and curtain. They did it all in roughly an hour including: (a) Analyzing the problem (b) Helping me find the right replacement at the Busy Beaver nearby (c) Removing the old door (d) Putting in the new rod and curtain Not bad for an hour. And all for just $50 (plus parts -- add $50). TL;DR: Hire this man. *****
Jim did work for me last spring. Had to rip out on old front door with side lights and replace with a new 36" door without the side lights. Jim provide quality and efficient work and paid attention to details. He suggested ways to improve what I wanted done and saved me money as well. The entire job took Jim less than 6 hours. I would highly recommend Jim for your next home improvement project.
They came out and measured the damaged glass and said they could replace it. They then took a damaged screen and offered to replace that free of charge regardless if we went with them or not. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the glass to come in, they came out and installed it the next day in a little over an hour. Not complaining about that as every other company we had look at this only offered to replace the entire window for 10 times the cost and at least 2 days of construction. They are definitely my first call for any glass work I may need in the future...
We had a great experience working with Omega once again. Bill and Jamie did a great job installing our new kitchen window. They were on time, very friendly, and cleaned up their work. We would definitely recommend Omega and will use them again for other home remodeling projects in the future.
