- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set fee based upon the size of your home, bedrooms, bathrooms for move out and move in cleanings. Windows, appliances, dishes, etc. are an extra charge There is an additional fee for homes with pets I offer a 20% discount for referrals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a time for me to come out and tour the home to give you an accurate price as well as you to meet and interview me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for over 15 years. I have worked for a cleaning company prior to opening my own business which trained me on commercial cleaning.
