Chef Sean created the most incredible and thoughtful menu for our small dinner party. He regularly followed up before the event to make sure everything was covered. The dinner and quality of the food was 5 stars. I’m still thinking about the lamb chops and burrata. Just incredible. We will absolutely have him do this again.

Soirée Events was incredible! They very kindly found a way to make my brunch work in a tight time frame and were absolutely lovely to work with in every way. Chef Sean’s food was delish and he left my kitchen in an even better state than I handed it over to him. Absolutely wonderful in every way.

We had the best evening! The food was phenomenal. It was so easy to work with Soirée to create the perfect menu for our dinner. Every course was presented beautifully and was delicious. Chef Sean was great. We enjoyed talking to him throughout the evening. It really couldn’t have been better. We will definitely book another event with Soirée. Highly recommend!!

We booked them for a bachelor party in the mountains, on the day of the party we got 6 inches of snow. The chef showed up on time driving through the storm to set up and cook while we were out. When we came back the house was unrecognizable- he had turned an air bnb that there was an obvious bachelor party in, to a welcoming place for a great meal. He prepared appetizers, made sure there were snacks around the tv for us. Then served us dinner when we ready, we were never rushed. The meal was absolutely amazing, they did a steak night for us with a delicious aged beef, short rib, and the softest tenderloins. The food could not have been better!!! I also enjoy cooking myself and Sean was a pro who didn’t mind answering all of my dumb questions. It was a 10/10 for me and I will 100% be using them again!!!

Sean was amazing! We asked for and Indian menu for my wife's 60th birthday and it was remarkable. He planned out a fantastic meal with cocktails, multiple courses (a couple different choices for each dish!), and dessert! He was so personable that we sat and talked as he created our meal which completely changed his plans. We had a "Chef's Table" and it was great! The braised beef samosas and chicken with okra dishes were just two of the highlights! My wife doesn't like okra, but has talked about that dish since! And the chocolate cake was Devine (from a woman who knows her way around a chocolate cake). Thank you for an amazing birthday meal, Sean!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing reflects the high end experience we provide. From our warm professionalism to the quality of ingredients and the skills we bring to the event, we pride ourselves on attention to details and refusing to cut corners.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to have a conversation discussing the host’s needs and working together to write a menu. The chef writes up what was discussed and sends to the host who can then suggest changes or edits. On the day of the event we like to arrive in the early afternoon giving us plenty of time to get the lay of the land and prepare all of the food on site.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Both chef (Sean) and the server (Lauren) started working in kitchens as teenagers. They continued honing their skills for the next 15-20 years. Sean received his degree in hospitality management from JNA culinary institute in 2006 and has been garnering experience all over the city, the Hamptons, and the mainline ever since.
