Courtney is a pleasure to work with because she is courteous, on time, and flexible with appointment times. She has an impressive knowledge base and I am seeing excellent results in what I wanted most, which was addressing strength imbalances. She recommended the TRX system and I love working with it.

She is top shelf! A terrific trainer that lives what she teaches. This girl knows her stuff. She can push you beyond what you think you are able. I am very impressed. Very, very happy!
