I offer customized training programs based on my clients individual needs. I specialize in flexibility, mobility and functional training. I help my clients move better so they can feel better and ultimately look better.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20 years. I am NASM certified and TRX qualified, a mother of 2 and a former national level body building competitor in the NPC. I started working out when I was 18 and it has been a lifestyle that I have maintained ever since.
