If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Bonnie is the best personal trainer you could ask for! She has motivated and pushed me to do things I didn't think I was capable of. I always leave each session feeling confident and very sore but it is so worth it! I highly recommend Bonnie, best decision I have ever made!
I never tried to hire a personal trainer before because I didn't think I could afford it. I didn't realize there are people out there like Denise Johnson. Denise gets pleasure out of helping others. And her clients benefit because we see she is not out just to make money. Denise is a pleasure to be around. Clearly she knows fitness, and she makes me want to work hard. Cheers Denise. Friendly, Personable, and Flexible. So far I really enjoy my personal trainer, at first I didn't want a guy but I give it a try and I don't mind having a male personal trainer. He pushes me harder and encourages me to do good :)
I had a great experience training with Kirk. I have issues with my back and my knees and he was very careful and cautious when determining my workouts. He is very focused and knowledgeable when it comes to physical fitness and proper diet. I achieved the results I wanted as well as increased my overall energy and strength. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Kara is an awesome Personal Trainer! I hate exercise, and Kara manages to make it fun with her special brand of encouragement. She knows how to motivate me like no other! In fact, I've worked with personal trainers in the past, and I have never stuck with it for more than three weeks. I have been working with Kara one to two times each week for a few months now, and I have lost about 10 lbs. Kara is always willing to work around my hectic schedule, and she is able to adjust workouts because of my health issues that can sometimes make working out painful. Kara has taken the time to show me proper form for a variety of exercises, and I now have the confidence to work out at home. Kara is the best around!!

So far so good. I've completed two sessions with her and I must admit, it's been very good. She's personable, friendly, and definitely pushes you to your limit. If you want to accomplish your fitness goals, she's the trainer for you.
Great personalized exercise program. No BS. Challenged but correct form is critical. Flexible and respectful of schedule. Cardio and strength noticeably improved - all due to Matt's excellence in knowledge, care and drive. And I know because I have tried, and not stuck with other trainers.
I was a little hesitant about hiring a personal trainer but he was very professional and easy to connect to . He pushed me however was sensitive to any previous injuries I had that caused me not to perform my best at times . I would recommend his services
D is extremely professional and helpful. I love the fact that we can track my workouts on my off days and training days. Very responsive and is a good communicator. Really cares about making a difference, he's always asking questions and making suggestions to help better suit your needs. Doesn't rush through the workout, will help guide you and is very motivational. Awesome hours as well and is flexible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a personal trainer!!

Kelly is an excellent trainer with a great ability to motivate. She is able to develop a customized regimen that takes into account any preferences or limitations I have. Through her guidance I have improved strength, coordination and balance. She is a consummate professional.
I began working out with Carrie A Groff over 6 months ago. We began with warmups, weight training, stationary lunges, ab crunches, and cool down stretches. What impressed me about Carrie is that she did a complete health assessment prior to creating my work-out & created exercises that would not affect my RA inflammation. We now do walking work-outs stopping at benches along the way not to rest but to do squats, push-ups and leg lifts. If you want a Personal Trainer who really cares about you and your health then Carrie is the one!
Tony Rosa is an excellent trainer and fitness coach for people of all ages. He truly cares about people and focuses on getting them healthy and strong. He can tailor any fitness activity to meet a person's individual needs and ability. I highly recommend Tony Rosa.
I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.
Jason was a referral from one of my friend's who was her personal trainer. I started my training journey with Jason almost 3 months ago, and I have seen immediate difference in my lifestyle. Jason provides guidance around endurance and strength vs. focusing on weight loss. He motivates you to push harder in your workouts and preaches quality vs. quantity in his sessions. At first I was quite optimistic about my personal trainer and seeing if the fees were worth the quality of service. However my pt nai'm (im not sure where the apostrophe in his name belongs, sorry) was a phenomenal trainer. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. This man is precise yet enthusiastic with his instructions highlighting its importance and pays a great amout of attention to detail. Behind the charms and charisma i loved the real creativity to his 'art' and his passion is really shown in his skill and background knowledge. I feel like i'm learning about my bodies needs and growing a relationship with my body which is worth more than i pay! So thank you so much. P.s my booty is popping !
