- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered video production in high school, and I've been hooked ever since! I've done short films, documentaries, live productions, broadcast television segments, full-length shows and everything in between. I'm still never bored. I still love every single minute of it. I'm passionate about the process and piecing everything together, and I love a challenge. I just could never NOT do this, really.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they don't respond to your email in under 15 hours, I would think twice about hiring them. You don't want to be stuck with a tight deadline when your editor is nowhere to be found. ALWAYS check the reel of the individuals you are considering hiring. A professional will have a reel of their previous work available to you to help you in your hiring process.
