FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to get to know our potential client. We are a little picky about who we work with, and believe that our clients should be too. If we aren't a good fit for each other, then we are setting ourselves, and our client up for failure. Once both parties agree to move forward, we work with our client to define the goal of the project, and the target audience for the project. Once these are determined, we collaborate with our client to determine the best course of action.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with musicians, non-profits, national brands, small businesses, and marketing agencies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be picky. Once your video is released, it is a direct reflection of your brand. Your customers expect a certain level of professionalism from you, so don't be afraid to spend a little extra to make sure they aren't disappointed. Also, once you've chosen a professional, foster a good culture of collaboration. Your professional should always have an opinion about the best course of action. Be wary of a professional that always agrees with you. Your project is best served when there is a healthy debate about how to approach your video.
