After a very thorough inspection, he surprised me by saying that there was no reason to panic because there was no need to do any work to the foundation. I went on to make inquiries about waterproofing my garage, he said it was not necessary but he would give me a proposal anyway. Within a week, I received a very professional proposal from Mr. Erinn Rusnak. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and integrity he has demonstrated. I am also ashamed of myself for not trusting them at the beginning.
