They were able to inspect the garage and I showed them where the pipe access was. They snaked my pipes and stayed to test it out by flushing the toilet and running water. There was clogging due to grease from the kitchen sink. Roston explained that I should set up a routine snaking of my pipes, at least every 6 months to avoid the overflow from happening again. I’m so appreciative how quickly they came, less than an hour. Their great work allowed me to give my babies their bath in time for their bedtime and use the restroom with peace of mind.
