We are selling our house and the house inspector found mouse droppings and signs of nests so we hired Robert. He came and looked around and found nothing active. He did see a few signs so he set all kinds of traps and looked in the usual places. He came back 2-3 days later and found nothing. He told us our house was very clean and there were no rodents that he could see but he set more traps in different areas of our home and he will return in a week. Very professional and friendly. Called before he came which was a nice heads up.

He did his job well and efficiently. He arrived early and started to look around the exterior of the condo building. His report was hand written on a pre-printed form, which was different from some of the inspectors who provided a typed extended report with photos. The advantage of working with him was that I obtained the report at the end of the inspection without waiting for a couple of days. It fit my tight timeline well. He definitely provided great services for the price.

Very reliable and helpful through the entire process. I was purchasing a home and during the home inspection mold was found in the attic. The home inspector gave me the name and number for Hamco and I am pleased that he did. I was at work when the job was being done so I was not able to see if before they left. Steven took the time to contact me to make sure I was able to see the work and if I was satisfied. I explained to him that we needed to buy a ladder before we could get up there. At that time he offered to either come over with his or pick one up for us and pay him when he got here. I declined both but could not believe the customer service provided.

We arrived earlier than our appointment time as Lawrence told us he likes to go early. Of course he was already on site and working for us. He was extremely thorough and explained things to us along the way. Loved his report that contained pictures and pointed out some items we should repair or ask to have looked at by a professional. I have had other inspectors who rushed through and caused us problems later I do not think that is at all the case here. Lawrence did a great job can't thank him enough

I WAS LUCKY TO FIND THIS CONTRACTOR Future of Construction, Inc. did a structural framing reinforce of a three family house, including the concrete foundation, stair construction, replacement of two triple windows and exterior siding. Mr. Adam Komarowski was highly professional and he always anticipated the inspector’s requirements, Adam always responds very fast at any change. The company work quality was excellent and more than I expected. I had my detailed budget and Future of Construction, Inc. estimate never went over it. I recommended them to all my friends.

In seeking a licensed, certified home inspector for our home purchase in RI, we were referred to Tom Martin by a Master Home Inspector on the West Coast. Tom had gone through the same high level training as our acquaintance and came highly recommended. Tom was quick to respond to our request, flexible in meeting our turnaround time, and reasonably priced. Although he doesn’t normally service the part of RI where our new home is located, he is very accommodating to referrals. Both via phone and in person, we knew we were dealing with a professional and one who is looking out for our best interest. On inspection day, Tom arrived early to take time to inspect the area around the house and upon meeting he thoughtfully explained his inspection process. When the inspection was completed, Tom walked us through the entire house. As he explained his findings, we could see that he does a meticulous inspection. Tom also made a few suggestions for the house which are mandated in MA, where he is a certified inspector, however not required in RI. Even our realtor was impressed by the knowledge and information shared by Tom, who offered to be contacted if we needed any further assistance with the house. We received the full inspection report and photos of a minor deficiency via email the next day. We have actually contacted Tom several times in the three weeks following the inspection for his guidance prior to our home purchase. On each occasion Tom was more than willing to share his expertise and made excellent recommendations, which will continue to save us money and eliminate stress. There are many home inspectors out there and then there is Tom Martin.

Flynn did an awesome job spraying for Mosquitos! They use all natural products which is not harmful to our dog or any other pets. It's is also good for keeping other bugs such as ticks away. Our dog for the first time ever over the summer did not have any ticks. We were able to have cook outs and fires without any Mosquitos! It was fantastic. I highly recommend Flynn pest control they did a great job

Amazing! Derek is very knowledge. Don't let the fact that he's not ASHI certified fool you. I talked/reviewed a few other home inspectors before selecting him and he out performed all of them. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained his observation. The inspection report was very detailed (even with out pictures; there was an issue with the memory card) and easy to comprehend to get a good picture of the house. It pointed out areas that I clearly needed to discuss with the seller. I didn't close on the house, but his report saved me from making any rash decision and getting myself into a money pit house. I had a flood in a second floor kitchen of a two family home. The tenant lives on the 1st floor and suffered a ceiling collapse and water damage to the kitchen floor. Yikes!! Wait there's more! This could and should've been a not so challenging repair until my town building inspector showed up for lack of permits on the behalf of the demo company. Long story short my 100 + yr old home now had to be upgraded before being re-inspected. I hired John as my General Contractor and in addition to providing a great plumber and plasterers he himself is a carpentry magician and made magic out of bad and unforseen challenges like old knob and tubing and corrective framing and other issues. It was due to his vast wisdom and experience that I was able to get through this nightmare without spending a kings ransom and still retain quality and inspection satisfactory work. He's seen alot so he knew how to problem solve and work miracles.

Very Very happy with the work by Braunack Electrical. I needed my home upgraded to a Breaker Box And changed to 200 amp service (home built in 1890). Keith even understood how picky the inspector is in my town. He explained everything that he was going to do fully and I also found out that 2 other Electricians I tried to hire were selling me a bill of goods on some work that wasn't needed at all!!!!
