Terence is a great trainer and just a nice person. He listens and adjusts your training based on your needs. He will push you but not beyond your abilities. Great guy and he is very reasonably priced.

Look no further if youre searching for a personal trainer! I had been working out on my own for over a year but never achieved the results I was hoping for. I was at a crossroads: quit altogether, or try and find a trainer I could connect with to bring me to the next level. My first meeting with Terence quickly confirmed I made the right decision! During our first consultation we talked through my diet, workout routine, water consumption, etc., - everything and anything that a trainer needs to know to help get someone on the right path. He has this quiet, amazingly positive way of suggesting different options that will play an impact on your diet and strength. Things that Id never think of, but once he suggests it and you try it out, you see a difference! Each training session is filled with stretching, and new exercises focusing on all the muscles, mixed in with short cardio intervals that I swear if he wasnt there Id never think of doing (as I said before, he brings you to the next level!) At the end of each session, Im quietly thanking the workout gods that its over, but 2mins later Im thinking, I cant wait until the next session to do it again!Terence never ever criticizes, - ever! He just has this way about him that makes you push yourself harder. You want to do good for him! He makes himself available anytime if you have questions about anything, from diet to exercises. I threw my back out during a vacation and texted Terence if he had any suggestions that might help: he was right there for me, sending stretching videos, reminders to drink water 24/7, and sending along his key instruction: movement is medicine.Terence is the most professional, dedicated, driven person Ive had the pleasure of working with. Youll be extremely thankful to have him in your corner during your fitness journey. I know I am!!

The first step of your Fitness journey will start with a complimentary Fitness Evaluation. From there, we will determine your current fitness level. We will check your weight, measurements, assessments, examine your meal selections, speak about goals and create an action plan.
