Lara and Norbert exceeded our expectations. We had a New Years Eve party with them cooking and performing a wine tasting. Laras food was excellent, Norbert was great as throughout the night and we learned some new things about wine glasses also.
Chef Kev D made our anniversary that much more special. The food was AMAZING and he left our kitchen just as he found it. We even had some left over risotto! He also gave us a copy of his cook book as a gift for our anniversary. I would definitely recommend him and I look forward to having him cook for us again!

John and Co did a fine job on our daughter's graduation party for about 60 people with 2 food stations and hors D'oeuvres. John and his employees were very easy to work with, the food was great and they left our house neat. You wouldn't know they had even been in the kitchen. Thanks John an Co

Brian has come into my classroom three times to make Mac and Cheese for my students. The first time he came in I was concerned about how could he keep the students focused and interested in his cooking. He was excellent. He attended class wearing his chef jacket and brought his knives. Once Brian had started to prepare the mac and cheese, he took time to explain to the students the 5 main sauces. He continually fielded questions from the students. The questions ranged from "What is the strangest food you have ever prepared?" to "How much do you make?" Brian was able to keep their interest especially when he showed them how he chopped food. He showed the students the various knives that he uses when preparing food. Brian finished his presentation by serving the students a generous helping of Mac and Cheese. On his last visit, Brian was challenged to prepare his dish without using gluten. Brian was able to do this and still provide a delicious meal. Brian is a very knowledgeable chef. He has an easy going personality that makes your experience enjoyable. The pride he shows in his craft is inspiring.
I hired Sarah for my wedding weekend. She and her crew were absolutely phenomenal! They came and stayed with us the whole weekend. They served our rehearsal dinner, breakfast, and the wedding dinner. We spoke months before the wedding and she really took the time to understand the types of food we wanted, our concerns, and what we wanted the experience to be like for ourselves and our guests. We gave her a budget that she was able to keep well under, but still give us everything we wanted! Every step of the process couldn't have gone any better. Sarah was a great listener, very calm, kind, and knowledgeable. Her food was top notch as well as her servers! I can't think of how it could have been any better. I was really lucky to have had her. All of my guests raved about the food. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a calm, kind, and stressfree process with amazing food. Cooking being my second love gave me motivation to attend classes and work at several local restaurants.
