After reviewing his website which had a"sample" inspection report and speaking to him, I was confident that he was a professional at his job. Based on his competitive but reasonable rates and the fact that he was able to do the inspection at my convenience on a Saturday morning, I hired him. I couldn't have been more pleased with his thoroughness and his explanation of every nook and cranny of the house. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Fitzgerald Inspect the property we are planning on buying in providence this inspection took place on 6/3/2015. We found him very professional, detailed, and helpful with the whole inspection process he explained things well, and pointed out all potential issues, and answered any questions we had.
