I sent a message regarding getting a service call for my broken washing machine. They responded right away and someone came out the next morning. They gave me a two hour window for the time of the visit and sent me a message when they were on their way. The repairman was polite and professional. Would recommend

I reached out to Jim Pro Services for an issue with my tenants dryer and they responded within 5 minutes and was able to come out and resolve that issue the next day to keep my tenants happy! 5 stars all around and I will be utilizing them in the future!

These guys are awesome! Communication was easy with this company. The technician arrived early (given a 8-10am arrival time frame & they arrived at 8:25am). Came in, found the issue with the fridge & fixed it! Definitely recommend these guys!

I was amazed at the same day response. I called and someone was at my home within an hour work was done very quickly and technician was professional and was very considerate of my home. I would not hesitate to use again. Very reasonable
