- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our crepes are priced per crepe at $6.75 each. Additional offerings such as salads and starters are priced per person. We charge an attendant fee of $25.00 per hour, per attendant (usually two for events greater than 12 people). An 18% gratuity is suggested and added to your invoice. A travel fee may be assessed if traveling over 12 miles from our store in Providence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I communicate with a new catering customer via email or phone call. After our initial conversation about what they would like to serve, about how many guests and the date and time, I draft a detailed cost/ menu proposal. As the catering date approaches, we confirm the guest count and menu. Finally, we arrive on time and ready to make crepes!
