- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a contractor when I was fifteen. That was eighteen years ago! The contractor was a family friend who gave me a knowledge and skill set that I will be forever grateful for. Because of that, I want to in turn share what I’ve been given with others, including workers and clientele.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I’m just finishing painting my aunt and uncle’s house! All told the project will have taken me about 5.5 work days. They live in Bristol and their neighborhood is quiet, yet friendly. I love working for friends and family because it allows me to build trust and add value to the people I love. Win, win!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust your gut, it’s smarter than you think. If a professional makes you feel uncomfortable, why do business with him or her? This is your home/business! The person you do business with should be the comfortable choice.
