- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Event/Special Occasion Makeup: $80 pp *false lashes are included free of charge! - Bridal Makeup Pricing! Bridal Makeup Trial (at North Providence Studio): $65 To Hold your wedding date I require a $50 deposit, which will get refunded to you on the day of the wedding! Bride Airbrush Makeup: $150 *includes false lashes free of charge Bridesmaids/Mothers/Guests Makeup: $100 pp *false lashes included free of charge ***They may be an additional travel fee depending on location!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a client inquiry, I see if I am available on the date requested. I always email potential clients back, if I am available I will send them my pricing, and discuss some details about the event or wedding. If it is a wedding, we schedule a bridal trial at the studio, and I email the client a contract. Once the Contract & $50 deposit (refunded to you on the wedding day), is received then the date is officially booked for their makeup services! As the date of the event gets closer, I reach out to confirm the timing and location of services, and any last minute details the client might have. I arrive a few minutes early to the clients hotel, home, bridal suite, etc. Perform my makeup services, and making sure each client is happy with their makeup before I leave the event.
