- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am consistently taking courses and trainings in new baking techniques and always reading up on common trends in culinary design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be an event planner but due to the economy and the little demand of event/wedding planners, it has been difficult to find an organization to work with. I have made the decision to be my own boss and build my own company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work is for weddings. This past year alone I had 6 weddings.
