I am willing to give my first session free in order for you to expererience my training method. I am truly one of a kind when it comes to my training method. My movements are based off balance, control, and progression. You will never have the same boring repetitive workouts that you are accustomed too. I enjoy connecting with my clients and engaging on all levels throughout our journey together. I want to learn as much from my clients about life while providing them with the tools to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Ryan is great-He has a great way of both motivating me to work toward the goals we discussed as well as educating me as to what works best. He took the time to understand what my goals and objectives are and I feel that each workout is not only challenging but fun. His personality and demeanor are fantastic and motivating as well. I am already seeing and feeling the results of our efforts!

Ryan is great! Ive lost about 25 lbs so far from mostly following a diet he laid out for me and its been maybe a little less than a month. I had my first real workout with him and im feeling it, but it feels great! If he wasn't there pushing me through the session I would never have made it. He checks in on me during the week and I feel like he wants me to reach my goals..all in all im glad I met him

I had an awesome workout with Ryan!! He worked a little bit of every part of my body it was about an hour and 15 minutes. He's a really nice fun guy. He took it easy my first time but I definitely could feel the burn and definitely aching the following day. He's very friendly and flexible with prices. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna reach the goals I would like to go with working out with Ryan. 😝 I'm very excited!!!!

In the short time that I've been with Ryan, he's gotten my body to do things it hasn't done since high school. Working out has always been a challenge for me. I lacked the motivation and the confidence to stick with it. Plus, I've always found exercise to be so monotonous. Training with Ryan has completely changed my attitude about fitness. Every time we meet, it's something different, never the same old routine. He stays on top of me to make sure I'm eating healthy and keeping our appointments. I really need that one on one attention, and that's where he really excels. He truly cares about me reaching my goals. Working with Ryan has been the best decision I've ever made regarding my health and fitness. You'll see what I mean once you meet him.
