I offer a discount to new customers who order cases in bulk. I also offer a referral discount for successful case referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a quick series of questions to gain more information on their specific needs and a consultation whether that’s via phone, email, or zoom/facetime. Whatever the customer is most comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, a private investigators license, and three years of experience working in the field.
