I am very pleased. I did a lot of research before choosing Ultimate Home Theater. All the reviews are accurate, Helder and Mike are professionals. This is what they do and it's clearly evident from the first call to discuss the install to the very end where they do not leave until you are completely satisfied. Their pricing is competitive, they communicate everything they are doing and they don't mind at all when you stand around literally getting in the way asking questions as they go about their business! After the install they stuck around another 50 minutes while we logged in to the new TV, set up everything (software updates etc) and validated everything working OK. It was really appreciated. Andrea and I highly recommend Ultimate Home Theater PC.

Helder and Mike were a great team, got right down to business and figured out the problems we were having. They also simplified our system and made it easier to work with and made sure we understood how to do the things we wanted on the system. Helder also took a couple of follow-up calls and gave me instructions on the phone for things, even sent me a link to instructions. Very helpful, very responsive and respectful. We will have them do some other work on our system that will be needed in a couple of weeks.

1. We speak on the phone to get a general idea on the scope of the project. 2. I ask for pictures of the locations of the project (the wall is my canvas). 3. I give a quote based on our conversation and location. 4. We set up an appointment that best fits your schedule 5. Complete the project on time and within budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Research, research, research. I have put in 1,000's of hours in my free time researching this field for the most educated knowledge.
