Make sure the shop and their employees are certified. In today's technology field, especially Computer Repair, there are a lot of people who know how to fix, or who follow instructions online. Honestly, a monkey can do that. You want a Certified, Professional who can diagnose and repair your computer from memory. Its not what you do, but how you do it.
