FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a estimate is given over the phone it is subject to change if the conditions aren't as described. One example is pet hair. Pet hair can be very time consuming and it's best to know this upfront. I also do not do dishes nor cleanup up feces or urine from human or pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer either phone or email find out their preferences for contact and times. Then find out their needs by asking questions and making notes of their answers. Give a estimate based on the information I've gathered or schedule a time to meet in person to do so.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother and grandmother ran a cleaning business when I was young and I would help on weekends and when I didn't have school.
