Introduction: I am a mobile personal trainer and health and fitness coach.
I create personalized workout programs for my clients that are specific to their needs and goals. I also offer nutritional guidance, online challenge groups, and I check in with my clients daily to see how they are doing and keep them motivated.
I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and I am also CPR/First Aid certified.
