- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would not say that we have a complicated pricing system, but I would recommend looking at our website and check out our quote builder. It is a wonderful tool because it keeps track of each item you plan to rent.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide event rental needs such as; tents, tables, chairs and other specialty decor. Some of the events we serve are weddings, conferences, parties, graduations, business events, and many more. We provide rentals of tents, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, flatware, catering equipment, pipe and drape, dance floors, stages, lighting, generators, inflatables / bounce rides, centerpieces, wedding accessories, etc!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at the amount of services a provider can give you. Look at the customer-service of the company. Look at the locations the company is wiling to serve.
