Introduction: I have been working with computers since the age of 6 yrs. old. I started out on a Commodore 64. No pretty pictures to look at just a black background and green text! I was fascinated and curious of the inner-workings of the system and the Technology behind it! I just never stopped working with the machines and have amassed a huge amount of information and troubleshooting skills. In 2008 I attended ITT-Tech at the age of 42; just to make sure that I were correct in current information and reassure myself so that I could remain confident that when I assess a computer system; I can be confident that the information I pass to the client is True and Accurate. I attained a Degree of Applied Science of Computer Networking and Information Technology. I also was the lead Federal Work Study for my entire time of study at ITT-Tech. I can repair or tell you exactly what needs to be done to repair your computer system! Impressing Myself with my ability to confidently give a client peace of mind and reassurance that they have a technician that can and will go the extra mile to put a smile on their face and relieve the undue stress caused by a faulty computer system and do this at a reasonable cost!
