Received immediate contact and emailed this business with a description of what was wrong with my computer, and had a few questions. Reply was received with little detailed information concerning my questions. I again emailed this business. I received one reply initially asking a question, then an immediate correction because the business saw what he was looking for. I never received another reply even when I clicked the hire button and contacted the business about how I needed to proceed. If zero stars was a possible rating I would have rated this business in the negative!!!
